Virtual Intelligence is a corporate member of ASIAL and the AIPD with the Australian Institute of Private Detectives – AIPD code of conduct identifing the compliance requirements for persons and organisations involved in investigation activities in Australia are in line with Australian laws.
ASIAL – Australian Security Industry Association Limited members are bound by ASIAL’s professional code of conduct, constitution, policies and procedures. The objective of the code has been the instrument by which Security Industry Organisations, approved by the Commissioner of Police for the purposes of the security Industry Act 1997, will assist their members to deliver security services to a level of professionalism which is acceptable to the people guaranteeing ethical and professional conduct and complies with state and federal legislation and regulation.
Virtual Intelligence holds a current Master Licence, Security firm (Class 1) Licence and a Private Security Business Licence in New South Wales, Victoria & Queensland and have to adhere to each State governing authority within licensing being the NSW Police, Victoria Police and the Queensland Government Department of Justice and Attorney-General. Under these licences we are legally certified to perform Investigations that require surveillance and also obtain factual and private information as to the personal character or actions and nature of business about other persons.
